Dr Nicola Yuill

Dr Nicola Yuill is a senior lecturer in psychology at the University of Sussex. Her research interest is in social, cognitive development and reading comprehension. Nicola is currently involved in developing exciting and innovative software that has brought about a significant improvement in children's comprehension within only a few sessions. The little researched area of reading comprehension is frequently a problem for students with dyslexic difficulties, and Nicola will be both helping these students and conducting research. Most importantly, the children uniformly enjoy the programme which is based on jokes and riddles.
